재무관리는 기업의 자금 조달 및 운용에 관해 공부한다. 즉, 기업의 가치를 극대화하기 위한 투자안의 선택 방법, 투자에 필요한 자금을 최소한의 자본비용으로 조달하는 방안 등에 관한 기업의 합리적인 재무 의사결정을 다룬다. 수업 목표는 현금흐름의 현재 및 미래가치 평가법, 자본비용 계산, 자본예산 관리방법 등을 기업에서 효과적으로 응용, 활용하는 능력을 함양하는 것이다.

Fundamentals of Financial management’ is a subject about studying financing and management of a company. That it, rational financial decisions of business treated in this class about the way of the project selection methods, the way of raise funds for the investment at least cost in order to maximize enterprise value. The primary purpose of this subject is to help students cultivate the capability of taking advantage of cash flow and value for money in future, calculating capital costs and the way of administrating capital budgeting in business.
