본 과목에서는 산업 분석, 자원 분석, 그리고 경쟁 분석 등을 근간으로 하는 전략경영론의 다양한 주제들을 사례 분석 기법을 중심으로 살펴봄으로써 강소기업 경영자가 전략적 의사결정 사안을 어떻게 해결해 나갈 수 있는지를 학습토록 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
In this class students will look carefully concepts, theoretical logics, and contemporary issues of strategic management for small giant companies in global market. Students will also learn industry analysis, resources analysis, and competition analysis with case-based learning method. So, students will exercise several issues of strategic decision making for top management.
