인적자원은 조직의 성공 여부를 결정짓는 핵심자원으로서 전략적 중요성이 있다. 본 과정에서는 사람에 대한 다양한 관점과 인적자원관리의 역사를 학습하고, 종업원들이 조직의 성공을 위해 자신의 노력을 발휘할 수 있도록 하는 방법을 탐구해 보고자 한다. 본 과목에서는 기업에서 인력의 채용, 평가, 보상, 승진, 개발 등의 이슈가 다루어진다.

Human resources are key success factor for organization. Therefore, Human resource management (HRM) has strategic importance. We begin by studying various perspectives for human being and history of HRM. Then we focus on how organizations can successfully motivate their employees to provide efforts" for their organization. In this class, the recruitment of personnel, evaluation, compensation, promotion, and development issues will be addressed."
