As the utilization of AI in business management increases, the ability to understand and respond to the innovative impact of AI on firms' business operations, strategy, and competition becomes increasingly important. The objective of this course is to investigate the changes and challenges caused by AI in business management through example cases, and to explore ways to strengthen corporate competitiveness in the AI era. This course will encourage students to learn the latest AI management trends through related theories, corporate special lectures and case studies.
