어떻게 하면 대중들에게 전문적인 무용콘텐츠를 보다 친숙하게 할 수 있는가? 이 질문에 대한 해법을 찾기 위해서는 최적과 양질의 무용콘텐츠를 선별하여 대중들에게 매력적으로 제시하는 지혜로운 기술이 필요하다. 「무용콘텐츠 기획 및 큐레이션」은 무용 콘텐츠의 창의적인 선별과 배치를 통해 대중들에게 무용의 이해와 향유를 돕는 ‘무용 큐레이션(Dance Curation)’ 전문성을 습득하기 위한 교과목이다. 무용콘텐츠의 기초정보를 소개하는 ‘안내형’, 체험과 교육으로써 도슨트 프로그램의 ‘교육형’ , 프로그래밍 관점에서의 ‘기획형’ 등 무용아카이브의 전시기획, 안무와 전시의 협업, 공연과 페스티벌의 기획 등 무용큐레이션의 역량은 다양한 방식으로 발휘될 수 있다. 이 교과목은 넘쳐나는 정보과잉의 시대, 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 무용콘텐츠의 ‘창의융합적인 기획역량’을 체계적으로 학습할 수 있도록 하기 위하여 융복합 교과목으로 연구개발된 것이다.

How can you make professional dance content more familiar to the public? Finding a solution to this question requires a smart technique that selects the best and best quality dance content and presents it to the public.“Dance Curation”is a school curriculum designed to help the public understand and enjoy dance performance through creative selection and placement of dance contents. This curriculum is developed as a convergence subject to enable students to systematically learn the ' creative convergence planning capability ' of dance contents during the era of overflowing information overload and the advent of the fourth industrial revolution.
