*교과목 목표 각 식품군별로 제조 및 가공과정의 특성을 이해하며, 가공 및 저장과정 중에 일어나는 식품의 물리ㆍ화학적 변화를 이해한다.

Prepare a report by examining the latest developments in the processing and storage of food after each channel lecture, or by investigating relevant articles.
* Understands the characteristics of the manufacturing and processing process for each food group, and understands the physical and chemical changes in food products that occur during the processing and storage process
