잘못된 식생활은 질병으로 이어질 가능성이 높기 때문에 각 질병의 특징을 고려한 식품소재 선택 및 지속적인 맞춤형 소재 개발이 필요하다. 본 교과목에서는 각 질병과 관련한 천연 식품소재 및 새로운 식품소재개발과 관련한 강의, 문헌(논문)조사 및 내용발표, 그리고 각 질병을 타겟으로 하는 식품소재개발 프로젝트로 구성하여 진행된다.

An incorrect diet is highly likely to lead to disease, so it is necessary to choose food ingredients that consider the characteristics of each disease and continuously develop customized ingredients. This course includes lectures on the development of natural food materials and new food materials related to specific diseases, literature (paper) research and content presentations, and a food material development project targeting each disease.
