Student Event (Rally) Permission

The Student Body, representatives' boards, clubs, etc. must complete the event plan or the student event (rally) approval form and submit it to the Student Welfare Team at least 5 days before the scheduled date of the meeting. In addition, after passing through the Dean of the Department and College, the Student Council must obtain approval from the Student Welfare Team (Student Hall, 2nd floor).

Notice

The original copy of the notice must be submitted to the Student Welfare Team and approved by the Dean before being posted.

Using the Bulletin Board

All information necessary for the student's school life such as announcements, notices, and etc. regarding students are posted on the bulletin board and Notice section of the university website. Therefore, it is necessary to obtain information about the school life from time to time through the bulletin board.

Student Seminar Room

To provide seminar and conference space, we operate the Millennium Hall "Millet-kkol." In order to use the space, you must complete the form (application form for seminar room use) provided by the Student Welfare Team. During the semester, it is available from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm, and you cannot exceed 2 hours for one use. (Request for the library seminar room shall be made in the library)
