저작권법I에서 배운 기초지식을 가지고 저작인접권 (실연자, 음반사업자, 방송사업자)의 내용을 이해하고, 영상저작물 특례, 데이터베이스 특례, 컴퓨터프로그램의 특례 및 저작권 침해 구제방법을 공부한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This class aims to understand the neighboring right of performers, publishers, broadcasters based on copyright I class. Moreover, in this class, we will also study protection of database producers, special provisions concerning audiovisual works, special provisions concerning computer program, restriction on responsibility of online service providers, etc.
