교육학의 전문적 특성에 부합되도록 말이나 글에서 사고나 추리를 이치에 맞게 이끌어 가는 과정이나 원리를 습득함과 동시에 주어진 문제에 관해 자신의 생각과 의견을 논리적으로 명쾌하게 논술하는 능력을 기른다.
교과목해설(영문)
Course designed to help educators guide their students in acquiring skills needed for adequate reading, thinking, writing, and study in content areas. For example ‘the informal notion of logically correct argument’, ‘informal strategies for producing logically correct arguments and counterexamples to fallacious arguments’ and ‘discussions of the relationship of proof, truth, and counterexamples’.
