본 과목은 공공인재학과 재학생을 대상으로 전공과 관련된 창업에 대해 논의하는데 초점을 맞춘다. 근래에 들어오면서 대학생의 창업에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있으며, 대학 및 정부에서도 청년창업에 대한 관심과 투자가 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 담당 교수는 본 과목을 수강신청한 학생들과 개별 또는 그룹으로 자신의 창업 아이디어와 계획 등에 대해 논의할 뿐만 아니라, 창업관련 도서 등을 함께 읽고 아이디어를 교환하는데 초점을 맞추고자 한다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해서 졸업 후 또는 재학 중에라도 자신의 아이디어를 바탕으로 창업에 관련된 활동을 할 수 있게끔 도움을 주고자 한다. 이를 위해 학교에서 제공하는 각종 창업 프로그램 및 특강, 그리고 중소기업청 등을 중심으로 하는 창업 박람회 등에 함께 참여함으로써 창업에 대한 밑그림을 그려보고자 한다. 이와 같은 과정을 통해 창업에 이르지 못한다 하더라도 자신의 아이디어를 창출하고 함께 공유함으로써 미래의 삶에 대한 자신감을 갖고 청사진을 제시할 수 있는 기회로 활용하고자 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
This subject focuses on the discussion of starting businesses associated with majors among the students of the Department of Public Resources. More recent years, college students are becoming more interested in starting a business, and universities and governments are also increasing in their interest and investment in young business. Accordingly, the professor wants to discuss his or her startup ideas and plans with the students who signed up for this course, and also reads and exchanges them with them. Through these courses, I would like to help my students do business with their ideas even after graduation or while they are in school. To that end, we will draw up a rough sketch of the business start-ups by participating in various business start-ups programs and lectures provided by schools, as well as business fair held by Small and Medium Business Administration. Even if they fail to come to business through such a process, they want to create their own ideas and share them together so that they can present blueprints with confidence about their future life.
