공공조직의 관리상 특징 및 운영에 대하여 연구한다. 특히, 공공 관료제의 문제와 후기관료제적 접근법을 이해하고, 이를 통한 공공조직의 개혁과 새로운 공공 패러다임의 변화에 대해 탐색하며, 관련 이론적 변화와 접근법에 대해 학습한다.

This course deals with the study of public management regarding current managerial issues of public organizations and related issues such as government reform. This course aims to build a good knowledge for new managerial reform of public sector based on understanding the changing paradigm of public management.
