정부에 대한 이해는 우리가 삶을 살아가면서 필수적으로 알아야 하는 요소 중 하나이다. 우리는 정부로부터 많은 규제와 제한을 받지만, 이와 동시에 정부로부터 각종 혜택과 보호를 받고 있다. 따라서 본 교과목은 정부 및 행정에 대한 이해를 넓힘과 동시에, 정부와 거시적 환경에서 상호작용을 하는 주체인 시장과 시민사회에 대한 이해를 제고하는데 초점을 맞추고 있다. 또한, 정부의 목표를 구체화하는데 필요한 공공정책, 그리고 정부활동의 법적 근거와 정당성을 제공하는 법률에 대해서도 논의한다. 이와 같이 다양한 영역의 논의를 통해 정부 및 행정에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 한다.
교과목해설(영문)
The understanding of government is one of the most important factors in our lives. We are restrained from many regulations and restrictions from the government, but at the same time, we receive various benefits and protections from the government. Considering these points, this course provides the various issues of understanding of government and public administration, which have been interacted with the market and civil society that have been understood as the environmental factors affecting the government. In addition, it discusses the public policies required to specify the goals of the government and the laws that provide the legal basis and justification for government activities. Finally, this class intends to broaden our understanding of the government and administration discussing the various of topics in these areas.
